Springtime in the Rockies
We woke up to a reminder that Easter came early this year. The city is a much warmer climate than the town we used to live it, which is higher up in the Rockies. So even though we had snow, we also had this beautiful sunshine, and it was much warmer on this Easter egg hunt than any of the others we attended back home without snow and later in the season.
The Boy didn't mind. I think he misses all the snow we used to have.
They shoveled off the football field in order to hold this Easter egg hunt.
This age group was 4 to 6 year olds, so other than following to keep track of your child, I really didn't get the parents needing to help their kids.
As you can see, The Boy knew just what to do.
A fine batch of eggs!
Happy Easter!
