KimN - Yikes, indeed. But that's what a simple home goes for in this area. We are still in our small, old home because we can't afford to upgrade. It's a good thing I love my house and the area it's in!

We're looking at starter three bedroom condos for 360k. The starter homes are going for 650k. Yikes, indeed.

YIKES! Ya'll should move to Texas where you can get a nice big starter home beginning at around 125K.
As for the boss....that totally sucks!!!!!
